Do I need sales experience to join?
No. If you're brand new, we build the foundation first. If you're already closing, coaching starts from your real calls, numbers and habits. The four phases stay the same either way.
How is Closer Coalition different from other sales programs?
Most programs sell you a library of scripts. We sell development: the person first, then the skill, then the reps and accurate feedback until the skill holds under pressure. You leave every call review knowing the one correction to work on next, not a list of ten.
Do you guarantee a job or placement?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Placement is earned through evidence. When your calls, consistency and coachability show you're ready and the right role is available, we can put you in front of businesses in our network.
How long does it take?
The core development period is 90 days before placement readiness is considered. Some closers keep developing past that, depending on where they start and how they perform.
How much does it cost?
It depends on where you're starting from, so we cover it on the call. Apply, and if it looks like a fit, you'll book a call with Dustin's team to talk it through. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you.
